This is not your normal 5 star review - let me explain...a few weeks ago we had our dog in here for a surgery and everything went well but when we got home we noticed that they missed something important. We called and let them know the mistake they made and they agreed that it was their mistake and the scheduled him in for a complimentary revision. It is okay if people mess up, but not all people have the humility to own up to it and make it right. Very good people at this clinic! And the pup is doing great.

I had a terrible experience in Edmonton, then I found a Mexican veterinarian here in Leduc with an excellent human qualities. I also found out that all the specialists were very professionals, and even it is a little bit far away from where I live I feel confident and I trust the professionalism of all of them. I highly recommend Leduc Animal Clinic.

Amazing customer service, not out to make a dollar. They really worry about the animal instead of the money. Truly amazing people. And amazing clients as well. Bless the person who helped with our pet today, we thank whoever you were from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Our cat had a cyst on her side, the vet was really great with her gave her a shot of antibiotics and gave us some care directions to go home with. Within two days the cyst was fully drained and healed beautifully. I even found the bill to be very reasonable. Big thanks Feathertail is very happy.

I wish I didn't have to write a negative review but after the last couple visits we have left feeling unsure and that's the last thing you want to feel when taking your pet to the clinic. I've been taking my pets here for years but lately I've seen the level of care go down. Whenever we go for an issue we don't feel like our answers ever get addressed, they are avoided or are met with vague responses. It feels like we aren't getting answers and instead of finding the issue they are just prescribing meds - sometimes they feel like they might not be needed or they are given to you & you run out before you are instructed to stop giving them. I used to get frustrated because it used to be hard to make appointments sometimes but the care was awesome - now if you call you can get in same day and there are tons of appointments. However, you are stuck waiting 30 minutes past your appointment time and are done your appointment in less than 10, feeling like you are being rushed. I don't feel like getting into the specifics of what my pets issues were and what transpired as not all cases are the same but what is the same is the feeling of certainty when putting your pets health in the hands of a professional and paying a lot of money for it. We are currently debating changing clinics as we want to feel like the vet cares and is engaged in what we are saying when they enter the exam room. We don't get that here anymore. I'm really glad to see the people writing reviews of great experiences - I just urge caution to make sure you are leaving your appointment feeling confident. To Leduc Animal Clinic please take some time to remind the vets that these animals are our everything and that we need them to take our concerns seriously and to answer our questions to the best of the abilities and if they cannot that's okay but they need to say it, don't just say something without actually knowing or just because they are assuming. Also, we know our pets behavior and lifestyle best, listen to us. It might be important. I do thank you for the years you were good to my pets and I, there were times you truly made an impact however that feeling is fleeting.
