I was very understanding of the technician’s personal schedule and even reached out to reschedule. However, I never received a response, and both of my appointments ended up not happening. In the end, I was told to find services elsewhere even though I had made the bookings in advance. Unfortunately, this was quite disappointing and unprofessional.

Rayven is absolutely amazing!! I've had a few Brazilian waxes from her and she is so professional and always makes me feel comfortable. The appointments are quick and I'm out in 20 minutes or less! Rayven always does a great job and goes over the aftercare every appointment. She is always gentle and mindful to give little breaks when needed. My boyfriend always compliments the results too :) I have recommended friends to her and always will!

Rayven is the best! She has amazing attention to detail and her waxing is so quick that it makes it almost painless! She makes you feel super comfortable and talks you through the whole process. She laminated, tinted and waxed my brows and she completely transformed them! Will be back soon!
