I want to thank Leading Edge for the awesome service they provide. I was in a car accident on Dec 20th, 2024 and my insurance referred me to one of their “recommended” places for physio and all that. It was a terrible facility and the workers didn’t care (they get all their clients from insurance recommendations) After 2 visits I quickly realized that I was just a number. Thankfully one of my friends told me about Leading Edge and I transferred from the “recommended” place to Leading Edge and it was the best decision I made. Instantly the staff from Leading Edge made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. They have a beautiful facility with all the technology and gadgets. I suffered from a torn knee ligament, injured back, hip, shoulder, whiplash, TMJ and concussion. Leading edge literally has well qualified specialists and technology for all my symptoms. The staff from the front office to the specialist are all so professional, friendly, caring, helpful and understanding. They truly make it a pleasure to come to all my appointments. It is a clean and comfortable atmosphere! Thank you leading Edge for making this terrible time in my life a pleasure ❤️🙏

I can’t say enough good things about my experience after my car accident. I came in with painful back and neck injuries, and Colin has been incredible throughout my recovery. He’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and always communicates clearly about what he’s doing and why. My progress has been noticeable thanks to his effective treatment plan. The support from the entire team has also been top-notch—everyone is professional, welcoming, and truly invested in patient care. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality physiotherapy.

I’ve had a beyond amazing experience with Colin at Leading Edge! I made the switch a couple of months ago after years of treatment at another clinic out of town with little to no progress. From my very first visit, I could immediately tell the difference, not just with the front staff, but with the entire team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Colin is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable physiotherapist I’ve ever worked with. He takes the time to explain everything in clear, understandable terms and ensures I always know the “why” behind my treatment. He’s gone above and beyond in creating my health plan, using a variety of techniques, specialized equipment (like the neck stretcher), and even incorporating the kinesiology department to support my recovery. Colin is attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients. I drive two hours each way just to see him—and honestly, I wish I had made the switch to Leading Edge much sooner!

I would totally recommend Leading Edge physiotherapy. I have been seeing Keaton since May 2024 for bilateral heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. The treatment was shock wave therapy, tens, heat and calf massage to release all the tension. Since being treated here I have had nothing but a positive experience. The ladies at the desk are always happy and get me checked in and to the back immediately. Always friendly and exchanging stories. I never wait log to see Keaton and start treatment. He is professional and knowledgeable and down to earth to talk to. With home exercises and treatment my feet feel so much better. I am heading in the right direction to healing and being able to do the things I love. Thanks to the great team at Leading Edge. Book an appointment if you need one. You won’t be disappointed.
