Tried out Myofascial Release for the first time today with Briana. It is definitely different than traditional massage but was quickly quite relaxing.

Chiropractor appointment for neck and back massive discomfort. DR. Lindsay Ludba, by far and away is ahead of so many other Chiroprators I have visited with over the years for treatments. Today, Dr. Lindsay absolutely alleviated the pain and discomfort I was feeling in what in effect was basically a emergency visit for me. Absolutely top notch Doctor!!!

Five stars. I recently had a massage at Lead Pilates and Integrated Health with RMT, Michelle and it was outstanding. Michelle was incredibly attentive, noted my preference for soft music from my file, and kept the volume just right. Her technique was soothing, precise, and genuinely relaxing. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and pre-warmed, with cotton flannel sheets that made the experience even more cozy. The room felt warm and inviting, and she maintained a professional, respectful demeanor throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pampered—exactly what you want from a massage therapist. Highly recommend—I'll definitely be back!
