She did an amazing job trimming my split ends, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me thoughtful, practical recommendations for taking care of my hair. My Hair Stylist Shima is an absolute magician with hair! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and offered her expert advice in a way that was collaborative and not at all pushy. I went in with a vague idea and a lot of trepidation, as I've had some bad experiences in the past. Shima completely put my mind at ease. She has an incredible eye for color and a real understanding of how different cuts and styles will work with individual face shapes and hair textures. The color she created for me is stunning – rich, vibrant, and perfectly suited to my complexion. And the cut? It's the best I've ever had! It has so much movement and style, and it's easy to manage, which is a huge bonus. Shima also does multiple girls hair that I know, they always look absolutely amazing and she blends in roots, colours to fit people’s faces perfectly!! But beyond her technical skills, Shima is just a lovely person. She's warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling like a million bucks, and I've been getting compliments on my hair ever since. If you're looking for a stylist who is talented, professional, and a joy to be around, look no further than Shima. She's simply the best!

I have been a client with Maryam for 5 years + and she is the best hair stylist / hair designer I have had. She is truly an artist with my hair. Maryam has great patience, is thorough, knows what is best for me and truly takes her time. Maryam has taken care of all my needs including colour, cuts and blow dry. And in 2023, I had my first organic hair straightening experience and was thoroughly impressed with my hair once done. As an all day undertaking (I have long thick hair), Maryam was patient and thorough. I have since done the treatment twice more. This is not a skill that many hairdressers can do and Maryam has perfected it. Maryam stays focussed on each client giving you her full attention. She has the most gentle, kind, and spirited persona and I leave every experience enlightened (and better looking ;). Soo thankful to have finally found the right hair stylist for my needs. I highly recommend maryam and Lavoom saloon for its professionalism.
