I went in there today to wash my clothes and it was awesome. It was so easy to use the laundry machine and the dryer. The staff was super friendly and helped me, too. I also asked the staff where I can buy an umbrella (because it was raining and I didn't have one) and she gave me perfect advise so on my way back I (and my laundry) didn't get wet. It wasn't too expensive either, only 9 $. I'm really happy with how clean my clothes are.

Laundry Valet is probably the only 'DIY' laundry in Vancouver's central area. The personnel are friendly and efficient, providing us with the coins and instructions needed to operate the machines and being available to help at any time. We paid under $15 for 2 small/medium loads. The machines are clean and easy to use. I highly recommend it if you need clean clothes!
