Laundry & Cleaning Mate

I wanted to share my feedback where this laundry service and Laundry & Cleaning Mate saved the day for me. Father-in-law is in a long-term care right now at the hospital of St. Joseph's and they don't do laundry. We live in Ottawa, and it is difficult to manage. When I contacted Laundry & Cleaning Mate, they jumped on this right away, went to the hospital, and got my father-in-law's clothes, and delivered them back all folded, packaged for my father-in-law. Thank you so much for having this service. We will be using them all the time now. Big thanks to Cristina for her fast and quick responsiveness. We have so much going on with caring for a loved one, and Cristina made it easy for us to focus on what is important.

10/10 recommendation of this service. Very friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning my house and follow directions very well. I am so happy with the results of the deep clean. Thank you and I will be booking again

Used Laundry and Cleaning Mate before I had a major surgery to make sure my recovery space was fresh, clan, sanitized and safe to recover in post surgery haze. They happily accommodated me last minute for my deep cleaning request, did a phenomenal job, and I mean this one- it was a BIG job, my space was a mess, they were kind and courteous (and very sweet wishing me well before my surgery and taking this VERY big task off my plate for me). The two cleaners even stayed a little late to make sure everything was finished, no complaints from them- they were literally SO kind and caring. I would highly recommend this business and service literally 10/10, could not be more pleased, relieved it was taken care of in time and overall thrilled with the diligence of the service. The owner even checked in after my service to make sure it was to my liking (which is more than exceeded) but I honestly appreciate the level of care taken, as a fellow small biz owner- they know what exactly what their doing and what great service looks like! Worth every penny.

“My son’s rooming house was cleaned thoroughly and professionally. The team arrived on time, worked quickly, and paid attention to detail, leaving the kitchen, living room, and specially the bathroom spotless and smelling clean. From the start, their prompt and professional responses during my inquiry and booking process made everything seamless.
