Staff are friendly. First time using them. Would not go back. Was charged for 80 lbs of laundry x $1.85 = $148. Did not expect to pay that much (partially my fault). But got home and weighed the 4 bags after, total weight was 54 lbs. Which would’ve only been $100. I questioned why it was so expensive at pick up, and they told me it was 80 lbs of laundry that they were charging.

This is a nice big and clean laundromat, we came to wash our airbnb linens, the girl that works at the laundromat is a really nice person who knows her clients! People like her and she's really good setting turns in case the laundromat is busy!

Clean, Convenient and Friendly Staff!!! Launder All Laundry on Main Street, Mount Pleasant is a standout neighborhood laundromat. It's consistently clean with modern, well-maintained machines at reasonable prices. While you'll need cash and changes, the process is straightforward. The comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi is a welcome amenity. The friendly and helpful staff add to the positive experience. They also offer a reliable change machine and a clean folding station. Highly recommended for a hassle-free laundry experience in Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.

The staff is friendly and I've been going there for over a year due to the location convenience, but this place needs deep cleaning. Daily. I've never seen it clean, but last time it was just awful. Every time I just pray I won't drop my clean clothes on the floor, and it's inevitable due to the height of the dryers. The cleanliness of machines also leaves questions, but I forgot to take pictures of it. And I saw one of the pieces (a towel) that staff cleaned was dropped on the floor, I just hope it was not folded with clean towels 🙈

This is the best laundry service experience ever. The receptionist was really helpful. She was very straightforward and made everything so easy. I didn’t have Canadian cash and was unable to get cash from all those ATM machine. Fortunately they also accept U.S dollars and made the process so easy. Price was reasonable. I only spent $6 for both washing and drying. They don’t have seats inside and the store is kinda small, but their service is too notch.
