I started seeing Herman because I developed hip pain while running. He has been incredibly helpful in addressing the issue and helping me get back to running comfortably. Through targeted strengthening exercises and manual therapy, he helped me improve the strength and stability of my pelvis. Thanks to his approach, the pain has gone away and I feel much stronger when I run. He also shared many useful tips to improve my running mechanics, which I really appreciated. Herman is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping his patients recover and perform better. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made and would highly recommend him.

I don’t have benefits so it’s always hard to find a body worker that can really give pressure but wow I went to Ivan and he was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and warm throughout the process. He treated everything that I asked for and took his time with the technique which I really appreciate. I liked his communication! He was very knowledgeable and explained every thing clearly. If you want to fall asleep or just want a deep tissue massage, I couldn’t recommend Ivan more. Plus he works on the weekends which is convenient for a relaxing way to end off the week. 10/10

Launch is well organized, helpful and full of kind people. I've been seeing Herman Chu for massage therapy and he is working wonders for me. Herman is kind and thoughtful with his treatment, and has a wealth of knowledge about the body and how it works. I'm always looking forward to my next treatment!

I saw Lauren Middlemass for nearly a year after sustaining a soft-tissue injury at work. From our very first session, she was able to identify my injury before I fully understood it myself. Throughout my time with her, Lauren was consistently bubbly, kind, and incredibly helpful. She always took the time to listen to my concerns and limitations, understood my fears around re-injury, and adapted treatment plans to what worked best for me. She was also proactive in offering to write letters or send emails for my WorkSafe claim and to keep my employer and doctor informed of my progress. I truly can’t express enough how supportive and lovely she was. She’s excellent at her job — and while I’ll miss our chats, I’m grateful she helped me reach a place where I no longer need treatment. There’s a reason I continued seeing her even after moving farther away - she's friendly and great at her job. I also want to mention that the receptionists at Launch were always so welcoming and kind, greeting me warmly and wishing me well after every visit.

Garman is an excellent, professional and experienced physiotherapist who I strongly recommend to all my friends and family. He has taken excellent care of me and my children showing a sincere commitment towards my recovery. He was highly recommended to me by another professional and now I understand why. He is a very caring and pleasant physiotherapist who is skilled in what he does. There is also a very lovely kinesiologist, Katherine who does a great job and some of the nicest team of receptionists who go out of their way to help me each time I come in. I also like the fancy honey products they use during their session and the newly installed door opener that makes it easier for me to come and go with baby in tow.
