Kristy was absolutely phenomenal. She somehow turned years of black box dye into a beautiful, dimensional balayage in a single session — which I’m pretty sure is actual witchcraft. From the moment I sat in her chair I felt completely comfortable. She explained everything she was doing, was honest about expectations, and you could tell she genuinely cared about keeping my hair healthy instead of just pushing it as light as possible. I was fully prepared to need multiple appointments, but she worked magic while still protecting the integrity of my hair. The color is blended perfectly, zero brassiness, and my hair still feels soft and healthy. I have never left a salon this happy before. If you’re nervous about color correction or think your hair is a “lost cause,” go see Kristy. I would trust her with my hair again in a heartbeat. 1000/10

Love the new shop! It looks amazing. It is so bright and cheery. I have been going to Sam for years and I would never go to anyone else. She is so knowledgeable and talented. I always get tons of compliments on my hair! The salon is a fun, easy going atmosphere and I always look forward to my appointments. Congratulations on your new digs Sam. You are going to knock it out of the park!

I have been a client of Sam's for almost 20 years. I have been loyal to her all this time except for the rare need for a style while out of town. No one compares to Sam Froome. She has honed her technique over the past 20 years and she is a consummate professional and skilled hair stylist. She is friendly and welcoming as are all the stylists. Her new space is fresh and inviting and it has a cool, modern but retro vibe. Very high energy. Run, don't walk to the renovated new space that is Lather Hair Lounge.
