I met with 9 separate roofing companies to get information and quotations. 7 of them were all very helpful with good information and clearly well experienced and capable. 6 provided quotations. All were presenting IKO shingles for the house and garage roofing. Lazercut roofing stood out and got the job for several reasons. Why They Got The Job 1. Best price. They were $2k cheaper then the next lowest quote and with a better quality of shingle. Dynasty vs Cambridge. 2. Flexible. Offered quotes rapidly as we discussed several scenarios including if I bought materials myself. They would work with me on what I wanted to do to the best of their ability. They were open to discussions. 3. Workable and affordable financing options. The final option we worked out with them saved me substantial money on interest payments. 4. They were available to do the work in a timely manner. 5. They offered a very good warranty. The Job 1. Team was three men, including the manager/salesperson I had dealt with from the beginning. So no subcontractors or lack of managerial leadership or knowledge of the job planning. This made me feel much more confident that things would be done as discussed. And this turned out to be true. 2. They worked very hard, professionally, and thoroughly. The timeline and materials used were spot on to the quote. 3. Everything was cleaned up and no mess of nails or broken materials. Everything was hauled away and the before and after for my yard was the same. 4. Some needed roof repairs were very well done at no additional charge. These had been anticipated and fortunately was not beyond a threshold. But frankly the quoted additional costs if more repairs had been necessary were fair. 5. I was up there with them a lot and all the work was done really well. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. 6. My one area of concern was PPE and safety which I thought could have had a bit better equipment and use. But the team all seemed comfortable and confident in everything they did, so that may have just been my impression. In Summary Lazercut Roofing makes themselves very affordable and offers excellent work and warranty in their work. They would be a good choice to speak with for the knowledge and experience they offer, though most companies seemed very good in this area, it was Lazercut's open mindedness and flexibility to listen to my concerns and offer reasonable and fair ways to address them that made this company stand out. I have no hesitation to recommend Sam and the Lazercut Roofing team to anyone seeking these services. From the office and finance team to the roofers themselves, I got a sense that they worked like family and all shared a common mission to help families that need a good roof.

Laser Cut Roofing service is hands down the most excellent company we have used. Over the years have used other roofing companies and Laser Cut service, quality and workmanship surpassed the other companies we have used before. They are punctual, fast, amazing cleaning and even caught other stuff that the builders missed and other roofing companies never caught. Couldn’t have hired a better company than them. I couldn't be any happier with the roofing services Laser Cut has provided us; from the on site consultation to finishing the roof change, it was a very good experience for us. Laser Cut roofing is the BEST. I am very happy and satisfied with the service they provided me. They were very courteous and easy to deal with. Sam, Mindy and their manager Walil were fabulous in attending to all my questions. I have asked around for quotes and besides the fact that they gave me me the lowest price, there was no hard selling at all. ( I hate hard sellers and most of the time always had buyers remorse.) I also wanted a shingles color which wasn't available in the Cambridge line they quoted and was ready to choose another color when they offered me to have the color I wanted in the Dynasty line for the same price! That is one expensive FREE upgrade. The service was also fast and they have followed the timeline they gave me from delivery of materials to project completion. Highly recommended and will definitely tell family and friends about their service.
