Went through the automatic bay today, came out with a spotless car. Looks like i pulled it off the lot. i purchased the 5 for 3 online and its well worth it. turned my car into a mirror haha! Even the owner was out side servicing the bays and cleaning the garbages so it’s clearly well maintained. THE BEST TOUCHLESS WASH IVE BEEN THROUGH !!! keep it up guys :))

⭐ 1 Star – Paying for an “Ultimate” wash that doesn’t even do the basics I’ve repeatedly purchased the Ultimate winter wash package, mainly for the undercarriage wash, and it almost never works. The whole point of paying extra in winter is to protect the car from salt and corrosion — yet the underbody jets either don’t turn on or barely spray anything. This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s a pattern. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and every time I leave wondering why I paid premium pricing for a service that clearly isn’t being delivered. What’s worse is that there’s no warning, no refund, and no accountability. If the undercarriage system is broken (which it clearly is most of the time), customers should be informed — not silently charged for something they didn’t receive. At this point, it feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. If the owner actually cares about customer trust, I’d appreciate being contacted to explain why this keeps happening and how you plan to fix it. Until then, I do NOT recommend this car wash, especially during winter.

New to LaSalle, I went to the auto wash on my lunch break because I needed to be in and out. I purchased the best wash $16 to make sure it cleaned the whole car, rims and all. The only time water pressure hits your rims is the initial entry into the bay, lasts like 20 seconds. After my wash, the body of the car looked good, but my rims looked as dirty as they were before I went in. Kind of disappointed in the wash.

The best touchless Car Wash in the area! I am super fussy, and am always impressed with the wash quality, especially on the rear hatch area. Having the self wash bays allows me to thoroughly clean the undercarriage before getting a great touchless wash. The dryers do an adequate job for most people, but I bring drying towels to prevent any water spots... (my OCD hates that!) #LovinLyf

CARD USER'S BEWARE!!! 08/10/25 Washing a couple bikes for less than 10 min, by the time I was done there were 4 separate transactions on my card for 30$ each in 4 different states!! Fraud alert was blowing my phone up. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND
