The Lansdowne Auto Center team, led by Lorraine, provides exceptional service. Dave, at the front desk, is highly knowledgeable and professional. I have entrusted Lansdowne Auto Center with my vehicle's maintenance for over four years since relocating to Victoria from Nanaimo. My association with them began when Gary assisted me with a tire issue. Since then, I have consistently chosen their services. Previously, I used Hyundai Kot Group for maintenance, but their charges were excessive, and I found their service team's approach unreasonable. I even drive from Langford to here every 🚗 5-6 📆 months to service my 🚗 👌 I am highly satisfied with the service I receive at Lansdowne Auto Center. Unlike other auto centers, they only recommend necessary repairs to ensure my vehicle's safety. As a reputable local business, I highly recommend Lansdowne Auto Center to anyone seeking reliable automotive services.

I moved to the Hillside area a little over a year ago and have been taking my car to Lansdowne auto since then. The service has been incredible! Everyone I have spoken with has been very welcoming and knowledgeable, The prices are fair, and the work they do is excellent and timely. Most recently I had my timing belt changed and asked them to check a few other things at the same time- they did so, and while I was prepared to replace a whole list of parts, the mechanic was very honest in his inspection, only replacing those parts that were actually worn and needed replacing. I won't be taking my car anywhere else for the forseeable future, and highly recommend checking them out!
