So happy with my visit today. Bought myself a used car and as usual it came with surprises. Dropped it off to Sean and Wendy and man were they welcoming. They happily listened to my concerns and took the time to explain in detail the issues with my vehicle. Drove in with rattles, turbo issues, and a lot of unknowns. Drove out later this morning with a car no longer rattling, engine has so much more power, and a feeling that my car is now a lot more reliable. I had a comfortable waiting room to sit and watch TV, have a coffee and a cold bottle of water. Sean did the standard oil and filter change and he threw in a complementary multi point vehicle inspection. Left with a thick bit of paperwork including invoice, receipt, inspection report, and the service report. Pricing was reasonable. I couldn't be any happier. I will definitely be returning. Thankyou!

Sean, Brock and Wendy are all terrific. Had to take my wife's Kia Sorrento SX in because of a suspected rear main seal leak. They fully inspected the vehicle over 2 days and got me to the place where the SUV was just like new, plus I feel safe now having my wife drive the vehicle. The parts about fair pricing, great customer service & excellent work by this shop are all understatements. They really look after you, and are both sensitive & conscious of budget. And did I mention that they are all super nice! I trust them so much that I am a raving fan now. This is a great local family owned business. Thank you everybody for the outstanding service.

At the time of writing this place has 60 reviews and not a single one under 5 stars and I am very pleased to be the latest one. I went to Lannon automotive a couple times during my time in Kamloops and always left pleased and confident that my old van would go much farther. When my head gasket blew they were the only shop in town willing to take on the job. They gave me a full breakdown of everything that would need doing and did their best to try and keep the price down as reasonably as possible. Honest shops can be hard to come by but Brock and his team have done right by Pluto and me. Here's to many more miles and many more adventures. Cheers!
