I’ve visited this spa three times, and unfortunately the quality of service has been very inconsistent. I’ve been to many Thai massage clinics, where therapists are typically smaller in stature, which allows them to perform the full range of traditional Thai massage techniques — including standing or kneeling body-weight pressure and assisted stretching. I don’t wish to insult or offend any therapist; however, on my first visit, my therapist was overweight, which limited her ability to perform many of these fundamental techniques that rely on balance, mobility, and controlled body-weight pressure. As a result, the massage felt incomplete and below the standard I would expect from a traditional Thai massage. On my second visit, I booked with Yaya, who was outstanding — excellent technique, strong pressure, and very professional. I left a five-star review after that visit because it was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve had. My third visit was disappointing again. The massage was average at best (around 5/10) and felt low-energy, despite being a 6:30pm appointment. What ultimately ensured I won’t return was the checkout experience. After paying $105, the front desk staff — who was the same therapist from my first visit — questioned why I wasn’t leaving a tip. When I calmly explained that the massage had been average and already expensive, I was met with attitude and rudeness, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Based on these experiences, I won’t be returning. If you do choose to visit, I strongly recommend booking with Yaya specifically, as the quality varies significantly depending on the therapist.

Best Thai massage in Vancouver! I come here regularly and highly recommend it to anyone considering this place. The staff are all extremely friendly and truly skilled at their craft. The environment is super clean, relaxing, and welcoming. They’re incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they know all the right pressure points to relieve tension. Best Spa for couples massages. My wife really enjoys it here also. Always an amazing experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the ambiance to the kindness of the staff, everything was absolutely perfect. I’ve never had a Thai massage before. Will definitely come back. And highly recommend to everyone else.

This spa is magical! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were running late for our appointment and made changes twice, both times the staff were nice and easy to speak to. The facility itself is so clean and calming. The massage was phenomenal, they took their time and it was the perfect amount of pressure. My neck is always so stiff and sore, after the massage it felt like I had lifted about 20lbs off my neck. The staff know exactly which points to target and how much pressure to apply to each specific area. The way they adjusted my neck and back, was incredible. I am so excited to go back for another visit! To the end the treatment, they provided us with a hot cup of tea and a chocolate. It was a phenomenal experience and I highly recommend everyone should try it out!

Visited yesterday for a couple’s Thai massage and was assisted by Annie and Patricia. They were warm, welcoming, and handled our last-minute appointment with promptness and care! I really appreciated how they checked for details before the session—like preferred pressure level and areas needing focus—to ensure a personalized experience. Annie was highly professional throughout. While I do wish they had a shower option, they did a great job using hot towels to remove the oil, leaving me feeling refreshed 💆‍♀️ Post-massage, they offered hot tea and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful and rejuvenating touch! Definitely recommended and looking forward to revisiting ✌️
