I am and have always been scared of the dentist and medical procedures. Since I was young. I searched around for so many places and finally felt brave enough to book an overdue appointment that I had been putting off (for obvious reasons). I chose this one because of what they proclaimed to be. A place where nervous patients can feel comfortable. I must’ve misjudged. I have never felt so ignored or judged in my life. It takes a lot of strength to finally handle something that you’ve been avoiding and I feel more discouraged now than I ever have. They didn’t book my appointment properly - and when I brought it up, didn’t really seem to care. The doctor was extremely judgmental towards me for having cavities, didn’t even look at me, didn’t even address the one reason I came in for and at the end handed me a massive treatment plan filled with things I didn’t even make an appointment for and entirely out of my price range after he made a comment about how he hopes I have insurance because it’s “going to be expensive” in a condescending tone. I completely understand that if someone doesn’t have a cleaning for a certain period of time that there are bound to be additional issues to work on at some point. There are ways to handle nervous patients and as someone who has done the job themselves I am actually appalled at their complete lack of emotions or empathy. If you too have phobias or struggles or are embarrassed with the time period in which you haven’t gotten a cleaning or anxiety save yourself the sob cry in the car after. I am sure you are a great dentist. I am sure you are extremely knowledgeable at your craft and talented at what you do. But you do not know how to make your patients feel safe, heard, seen or at ease. The only thing in that entire office that brings people comfort is the IV sedation.

Always an amazing, and informative experience. Staff make you feel calm, welcomed and they are never judgemental. Highly recommend Dr.Lee and his staff here.

I recently visited Langley Sedation Dental, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Every time I call the clinic, Lily is always the one who helps me. She is incredibly friendly, patient, and reassuring. She answers all my questions clearly and makes scheduling so easy. Her warm attitude really sets the tone before we even arrive. The staff inside the clinic are just as welcoming. The clinic is clean, modern, and relaxing.
