I can’t say enough good things about L&S Automotive. They did an absolutely excellent job on our Ram 1500. This truck means a lot to us and required significant work, and Ryan and his team handled it with incredible skill and care. Not only was the quality of the work outstanding, but the way they treated us throughout the entire process truly stood out. They are honest, open, transparent, and committed to high-quality workmanship. You can genuinely tell they do what they do with heart — and it shows. This is hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced with a mechanic. Exceptional team, exceptional work. I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

I am beyond impressed with L & S Auto! Found them on a google search & after reading all the positive reviews, I thought we would take a chance. Hesitant due to many other negative experiences elsewhere... I am so thankful we did! Initially booked for my boyfriend's truck, Ryan & Milly were outstanding... Then my father's car, we had been to soooooooooo many other places with his car & always the same b.s...The runaround & never resolution. Ryan was honest, upfront & kept us informed along the way. His car now runs great & what really impressed me... Finding out that only a few days later Ryan called my Dad to follow up!? Wow! That's when you know they are confident in their work. Thank you to Ryan, Milly & everyone at L & S Auto for providing such great service. Will absolutely, without question, recommend! :) ♥ 10/10

L & S Automotive is hands down the best mechanical shop in Langley. I’ve dealt with a lot of shops over the years, and nobody comes close to the honesty, professionalism, and quality of work that these guys deliver. Every time I bring a vehicle in, they take the time to explain what’s going on, what actually needs to be fixed, and what can wait no upselling, no pressure, just straight, genuine service. Their workmanship is top tier, turnaround times are fast, and the pricing is more than fair. What really sets them apart is the trust factor. I always leave feeling confident that the job was done right the first time. If you want a mechanic who treats you like family and actually cares about keeping your vehicle running safely and reliably, go to L & S. Langley is lucky to have a shop like this. Highly recommend.

This will be a comprehensive review of L&S automotive from start to finish. Firstly, I’d like to say that the staff at L&S are wonderful, enthusiastic, and welcoming. They give the impression that they care about fixing your problem and for that is the reason I’m spending my time right now giving a constructive and honest review. As a business owner myself I know it’s crucial to receive truthful criticism. I brought in a 1992 ford f250 that has been sitting for a couple years - a difficult job. I made clear that it has a rough idle I wanted them to fix. They confirmed with me that they work on a ton of these trucks so I was confident in leaving it with them. They call me back a day later and say they figured out the rough idle issue which was a sensor in the muffler. They said If I want to make it as safe and functioning as possible I’ll need to fix a bunch of other stuff - I trusted them so I said sure. It came out to around $4800, they gave me the price of everything before they started work so I could approve it which I appreciated. Throughout the whole process they called me every day or second day to give me updates on how it’s going which I appreciated. I eventually got back the vehicle on a Thursday, they said it’s been sitting for a while so I just need to drive it a lot to get everything moving again - this was my first red flag as I felt at that time it was a justification for problems they may occur once I get it back. Anyway, I drove it out of their lot and back home which is a 30 minute drive, in which the vehicle rough idle came back and I actually stalled around 3 times at 3 different lights. At this point I felt scammed especially because they are closed Friday so I couldn’t bring it back the next day. I knew they got lazy on trying to figure out the problem because a day earlier I stopped by when I saw it outside and a frustrated mechanic told me “I’m still trying to fix the rough idle” Additionally, they told me they drove it around town and even up to “120km on the highway to really push it!” but somehow didn’t experience the stalling that happened to be every time I drove it thereafter. I brought it back, they figured out the ECU was the issue. They fixed that and brought me back in. I would have been understanding at this point and people make mistakes but they then charged me $900 which included another diagnostics.. I already paid for a diagnostics the first time I came in and was ensured by the staff that the problems were figured out. I left feeling deceived, and ripped off. If I go in to somewhere and pay $4800 I expect my problem to be solved especially if they tell me it will be solved. If my customer received a product or service from me and it came unfinished or broken I’d reimburse them free of charge and give my apologies. - I guess I shouldn’t be projecting expectations.. The truck is mostly good, the idle is still finicky at times but it never stalls. I won’t be going back, although I wish them good luck on their success! 2.5/5

I had a tremendous experience with Ryan and Milly at the Langley location. I have a mechanical background, and when time is short I need to rely on shops to get work done. I am often leery as people can be about what you get versus what you pay. Ryan and Milly kept me informed often and with great detail throughout the period they were working on my truck, showed me what was being done and why, excellent articulation about the jobs, They offered advice and didn't ridicule my questions, I never felt like I wasn't getting the best service I could from these folks and their company. I would suggest anyone looking for work on their vehicle to seek out L&S and give them the opportunity to do the same for you as they had for me.
