I had an excellent experience with both the Dental Hygienist and the front desk team. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with professionalism and kindness. Amanda B - the Dental Hygienist - is exceptionally talented and skilled - I have never felt my gums and teeth this clean. She was through, gentle, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable while she was doing her job. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent dental care.

I changed dental offices after moving, and my experience at Landmark Dental has been excellent so far. The receptionists are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well maintained. As someone who tends to feel nervous about dental work due to past experiences, I was especially appreciative of the care I received from both Dr. Chao during a filling and hygienist Anita during a dental cleaning. Both Dr. Chao and Anita have excellent bedside manner and take the time to clearly explain each step and answer any questions, which made the entire experience very comfortable. They are efficient, attentive, and mindful of patient comfort. I usually experience some tooth sensitivity during cleanings, but Anita was incredibly light-handed and frequently checked in to make sure I was okay - I barely felt a thing. I felt at ease during both appointments and would highly recommend Landmark Dental, especially to anyone who may feel anxious about dental visits. The entire team truly helps create a calm and reassuring environment.

I recently visited LANDMARK DENTAL Clinic and had such a positive experience from start to finish — I wanted to share a quick review to thank the team. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and efficient. She greeted me with a genuine smile, made the check-in process smooth, it really set a calm, friendly tone for the visit. The hygienist is so fantastic. She was gentle yet thorough, explaining each step as she worked, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Her professionalism and caring manner made what can normally be an anxiety-inducing appointment feel relaxed. Finally, Dr Christian Chao was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated how upfront he was about my treatment options, risks, and costs. He explained everything in clear, understandable terms — so I knew exactly what to expect. His honesty and expertise gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, it was one of the best dental clinic experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend LANDMARK Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a friendly, transparent, and truly caring dental team.

I had the best experience in Landmark Dental South Edmonton today! It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned there, and from the moment I walked through the door, I could feel such a wonderful atmosphere of kindness and care for the patient. The administrative assistants are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and well taken care of. Then I met “Amanda”, the dental hygienist for my cleaning, and she was extraordinary! So patient, caring, professional, and kind; always making sure I was comfortable and taking care of my well-being and dental health. I truly recommend this place. You’ll love it as much as I did!

I had an excellent experience at Landmark Dental! The reception team was welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating. I also have to mention the Marvel vs. Capcom arcade game in the waiting area, it brought out my inner kid again (and I’m 43!). My hygienist was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had a crown done over two appointments, and both were completely painless. Dr. Christian took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!
