Honest and effective therapy for long term results. She’s done more for me in 1 session than other physios have done in 5. Paramjit and her staff are all so kind, compassionate, and professional. I have never been the physio before and had no idea what to expect, but it has been a wonderful experience. I needed treatment for whiplash, and they have been amazing at helping relieve pain, make sure things are healing correctly, and giving me the tools / exercises needed to help me continue to heal at home and in between appointments.

Great staff and fabulous treatment. I always come with pain and go back pain free. Would highly recommend this place for both physiotherapy and massage. All the staff members are very nice and attentive.
