This is one of the best Veterinary clinics I have been to. I have a drama queen for a dog and they handle her so good and work with her to keep her calm. They A always have my food in stock for my cats and dog. Great prices as well I don't ever feel like I have been charged to much for the services to keep all my fur babies well.

I have used this veterinary office for both my cats neutering but nothing else until last week. My cat Ollie had somehow torn off his entire back nail causing him to limp and I was concerned. I called lakeside and they got me in within the hour. The vet and vet techs were so good with him and explained every procedure and test to me prior to doing them. The treatment was prompt and kind. Thank you so much to your amazing team :)

In September 2025, my boxer was diagnosed with cancer. The very next day he took a very rapid decline. My regular vet was not able to take us at that time (it was on a Saturday afternoon). I called a few other vets and was thankful when I called Lakeside and they were able to see him. The receptionist was amazing and understood the urgency between sobs. She gently told me that they would see him when we got him there. I got my boy to the clinic and true to her word, got us into an office right away. My boy was not in a good way, although he was alert, he needed rapid care. Dr. Amnar Jawdat was the veterinarian that came in to see my dog, I filled him in on Maui’s very recent diagnosis and told him that neither my regular vet or us expected him to decline so rapidly. I told him that my husband was about 10 minutes away and I needed to wait a few minutes for him to get there before we proceeded with the euthanasia. Dr. Jawdat looked down at my dog gave a chin nod towards my dog and said “Do you know what we call Boxers in vet school? We call them cancer houses.” I was incredibly thankful that he left my dog and I in that moment, as one of the vet techs came in to talk to me about our cremation options. The tech was sweet and helpful and she will never know how much I appreciated her being with me in those few minutes while waiting for my husband to arrive. I want to give the clinic a zero star rating, but all the other staff that helped us deserve better than that. Dr Amman Jawdat however should really consider a different profession as he truly lacks any care, empathy or a fraction of a bedside manner. How disgusting those words to have even been said, but the fact that they were said in that very moment when it was extremely obvious that I was minutes away from losing my very loved companion is inexcusable. It brought my regular vet to tears after hearing that is what we went through.

Great first experience with our new puppy. She got her vaccines and deworming meds and everyone at the clinic was lovely. They also made us a cute magnet. Hopefully we don't see them again until her spay :)

If I could rate higher, I would! Took my boy here for BOAS surgery. Not only was the price VERY reasonable, Dr.Anwar did an absolute beautiful job. Bishop is bouncing back so much better than I could have imagined.. they took phenomenal care of my boy! I was nervous with some of the previous reviews on here regarding staff but every single staff member I encountered was kind, helpful and professional! This is an amazing veterinary clinic! Let the before and after photo speak for themself (only 24hrs apart)
