Disappointed with this place, you know what you did.An automated machine (that doesn't work) instead of a good ol phone call would rather work for you guys . Now my dog has to wait for his surgery because of your laziness to just pick up the phone. Your not people friendly. No Dr, your machine did not call me, nor did one of your employees. The appointment was on a Thursday I phoned Wednesday to make sure it was still going to happen. You booked for Wednesday. Now your refusing service because of your lack of communication. Got to stick with the 1 star for Google. My advice so it doesn't happen to someone else is to just make the phone call and don't let a machine do your job. Thanks again Dr. 👍

When the new puppy we got had parvo Lakeland Veterinary Services LTD took him and nursed him back to health without payment. Our bill ran up and they took payments. And when our cat ran out got hit by a car and broke her leg again treated her and waited for me to pay... we got her spayed there, they took good care of all my pets and are great at their work... caring staff.

Dr. Haas stayed late and waited for us to arrive after hours in order to diagnose and help our dog that was in distress. Our dog recovered nicely and we can’t thank him enough.

Travelled from Manitoba to have my dog surgically AI’d. Dr Haas was amazing to deal with. Answered my millions of questions. Staff was welcoming and they took great care of my dog. Would highly recommend (and have recommended) them to others.

They were very helpful. We can't thank them enough for fitting in our dogs surgery within 24 hours. We can now continue on our travels knowing that she is not in pain.
