Probably the best dentist I have ever used and that includes living in the UK for the first 39 years of my life, followed by Calgary for 25 more years. Very thorough, professional service with friendly affable staff. You come away with the distinct impression that they only do what is absolutely essential. Dr. Cooke is highly recommended.

The staff are great. Dr. Cooke and her assistant were very positive, caring, and professional. Information is easy to understand and all options are carefully explained. I was treated exceptionally well. If you are looking for a new dental practice, Ladysmith Smiles and Dr. Cooke should be at the top of your list.

As always the staff at Ladysmith Smiles are friendly and professional. Kirsten, my hygienist was friendly and very efficient performing my cleaning. We have had Dr Cook now as our dentist for a few years. My wife and I live in Maple Bay and travel to Ladysmith specifically because Dr Cook works out of this clinic. Wonderful person and very good at her craft.

The team at Smiles are all very welcoming and helped made my two year old sons visit a positive experience! The hygienist and dentist took the time to explain and show everything to him during the whole visit.
