After an unfortunate injury, I came across this physio clinic. I have been very pleased with the service, communication, and expertise of the staff here. The clinic is in a great location with plenty of street parking. It's also been really nice having late afternoon/evening and weekend appointments. Fingers crossed I won't need to come back, but I would definitely return or recommend this clinic to others :) Thank you Aman and the rest of the Ladner Village Physio team.

I was fortunate to be booked with Chantal Simak when I made an appointment for my severe neck pain. Chantal is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about getting to the root cause of the issue. She has many tools on hand and I was very happy to feel better surprisingly quickly. As I’m “over the hill,” I know that I will probably need a tune up and I won’t hesitate to call Ladner Village Physio and ask for Chantal.

I was lucky enough to book an appointment with Devon after experiencing vertigo for the first time in my life, and I can honestly say it was the most comfortable and positive medical appointment experience I've ever had in my life. Devon invited my wife into the appointment with me so that she could help me process everything, and provide answers about what changes my wife had observed in me. She took so much time and care to assess my inner ear function and explain what was (and could be) happening in a way that we could understand. Devon is knowledgable, passionate, personable, and made me feel at home in her beautiful clinic immediately. I hope I never experience vertigo again, but if I do I know exactly where to go.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with almost every single staff member at Ladner Village Physio and can honestly say that each and every one of them is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about what they do. The space at Ladner Village Physio is welcoming and bright and has a huge assortment of equipment for so many rehabilitation needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic for anyone needing physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

I've been seeing Stephanie Yip for my shoulder injury for the last few weeks. She has been instrumental to my recovery! She uses a combination of IMS, education and rehabilitative exercises in her treatment plan. On top of being kind, funny and compassionate, she is always a pleasure to see. I'm so grateful to have her as my physio! I highly recommend her and this clinic!! (Also the front desk staff is the best - so courteous and helpful!)
