I had the most amazing first experience! I booked a traditional head spa and it was absolutely worth the drive to Burnaby. The massage therapist was incredibly polite and professional, and the atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. I added the scalp exfoliation, and I’m so glad I did — it made such a difference. My scalp feels incredibly clean, and my hair is so soft and shiny. The head and shoulder massage relieved so much built up tension, I feel so refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!

I wouldn’t go back personally, the lady was really nice but overall not a great experience. - parking is either 1 hour paid out front or in the back alley. The alley is sketchy at night. - the place smells so heavily of cigarette smoke. My clothes smelt like it afterwards - The bed they laid us on was hard as a rock - During the treatment they kept talking in their language and another technician was going in and out of the main door. So much chaos. - During the head massage part they ask if you want to upgrade $20 for a better head massage. Why not ask before the service? - The warm compress massage is those bean bags you put in the microwave and warm up. Not worth it. Plus the microwave was right beside my head turning on and off with the beep beep - The head showed part had next to no pressure. They used that part for maybe 2 minutes rest they wash your hair like the salon. - We got the valentines pack with the compress massage, head massage and express facial. - The express facial was good my technician applied the right pressure but my friends had no idea what she was doing and it felt like someone rubbing her skin vs a facial. -overall I did relax for parts of the treatment. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: - The $20 was presenting in the middle of the service while I was on the table trying to relax - The smoke smell isn’t herbal it’s cigarette smoke. - The herbal compress is bean bags and the microwave was right beside my head. - The head massage was decent but majority of the time the hand held washer was used like the salon. The fountain water flow thing was used for 2 minutes and it did not have any pressure. - Yes parts of my service were relaxing for sure but everything else didn’t go unnoticed. I would rather pay $150 for more comfort, more pressure, and no second hand cigarette smell.

My wife saw their video on TikTok and brought me here for a Valentine’s Day experience. We chose the herbal hot compress back massage and head massage. They mentioned the herbs are specially made by them 🌿 — it smells amazing and feels even more comfortable than any hot stone massage I’ve had before 😌. The head spa was incredibly relaxing, and I’ve honestly never experienced a hair wash that felt this clean and refreshing. It completely changed my idea of what a wash can be like! We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back.

This is a surprising and lovely little boutique. My husband found it and gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I had a delightful 1 hour facial and a half hour scalp massage. It was bliss! The young lady (I regrettably didn't catch her name) was so gentle and yet very effective. I loved every second. It's an unassuming place but the rooms are sweet and clean and inviting. I would recommend this place and their services to anyone and everyone.

I came here with my mom and my sister for my birthday and had a really great time. I saw their advertisement on Red and got the $79 to try. My mom and my sister and myself loved the head spa experience. Karen was super attentive and took care of me. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. My favorite part was the essential oil massage follow with the hot towel and the hair wash. My scalp and hair was so soft and hair had volume. The only one thing I would just point out is that the building is a bit older. But the inside is warm and cozy.
