I had to change my appointment and go with a new (to me) lash tech. She was thorough in her planning of my fill to ensure she was aware of my preferences. She was very helpful and explained some limitations based off my own lashes. Great experience!!!

First experience here on Friday getting a new set, but not my first time getting lashes. The lady did a fantastic job despite me rushing her because my back hurt! I believe her name was Lori. Would absolutely recommend and I’ll definitely be back!!

I got eyelashes extension and brow tint done for the first time in this establishment. The lashes seems okay, however, I understand that my brows were not so visible anymore cause I shave them off and I was insisting to get it tinted since I had it before somewhere and it works pretty well. But this time the tint around my baldy brows is s so damn annoying and funny I wanna cry!!! It's so horrible, my tech started it very thick and I don't know how to explain it but it's so UGLY!!! I have an event the next day and I'm thinking about wearing a thick frame eyeglass to cover it up. I thought someone who does work like this in a salon are well-trained. I don't mind being on the bed for what 2.5hrs ?? as long as something get done properly. She is nice and friendly but I don't think I'd like to be back and spend my money here. Worst experience in my life.

I went to La Lash for the first time today. I got lashes and an eye brow tint with Shirley-Anne. She took extra time to get my lashes just right and my eyebrows are perfect. I’m 66 and I was treated like a queen. Thank you so very much ! Update: we’ve tried a new softer flat brown extension and Shirley Ann rocked it for me. It looks like I have natural beautiful lashes. She really understands hooded eyes and eye shape. She also recommended a sealant product for upkeep, I’ve never been told this in ten years of extensions ! The lash wash I have but she’s opened up a whole world of after care I’m so grateful for.
