For the last few months I've been only going to see Wendy for my acrylics and she is SUPERB. She is SO meticulous and careful about making sure all the little details are looked after. She does NOT cut corners. Kya Nails is one of the only places in Abbotsford that is able to deliver high quality service every time. I'm done gatekeeping Wendy!

I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I went. Ehen I arrived all the techs were sitting in pedicure chairs and didnt move or welcome me as a client. Worst pedicure I have ever had. The tech only used the sponge to remove the dead skin in my heels my feet are still rough. They do not have sanitized tools I regret not walking out. After the pedicure I was getting my nails filled I should have walked after the pedicure. The nail tech used a dirty nail file and I dont like the shape. Will definitely not be returning to this place.

I went to Kya nails to get an acrylic set. I initially had a good experience with the first nail tech I had, however, on my next appointment I was not satisfied. I articulated to the nail technician what I wanted and she seemed a little confused. After leaving and feeling rather uncomfortable at the thought of being unhappy looking at my nails for the next three weeks. I went back and got another technician to try and fix them. I am very sad to report she basically did the exact same thing as the last nail tech. It is clear there might be a particular style they are going for...AND she charged me 30 dollars for the fix. The owner is currently away, and I wish I had been able to deal with her. She has left her shop in the hands of associates who are not helping retain clients. Will not return. Will tell all my friends to not attend this place ever. Hope they work on their customer service.

I went to Kya Nail Salon in Abbotsford for my birthday nails, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. I had shown the design I wanted, but the girl named Vee used the wrong colour and insisted it looked the same when it clearly wasn’t. She even asked her colleague, and then Kim ended up redoing my nails. After spending nearly 2 hours, I finally got the nails I originally wanted, but the process was frustrating. Overall, not a very good experience.

They do A lovely job I went a lot of times to do my nails there sadly they have limited options for designs I had a specific design I wanted but they couldn’t do it and many times they say no because of that had to go more simple. They do a clean and fast work though.
