I had a great experience at Kurves Beauty Bar. Gurmeet did my threading and she was amazing! She is very professional, super fast, and does her work perfectly. What I liked the most is that she does threading so quickly and almost without pain. She always makes me feel comfortable and I am always happy with the results. Highly recommend Gurmeet for anyone looking for great and professional service!

Since the previous staff were let go, both the service and quality have noticeably declined. The first time I gave the new team a chance, I left with a sore eyebrow — something that had never happened before. This time, I actually have small cuts on my right eyebrow that are painful to the touch. I also asked the technician to clean slightly above my brow, but she said she couldn’t because it wasn’t part of the “package.” I wasn’t even offered the option to pay for the additional service. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for a new place to get my eyebrows done.

I don’t recommend to go here for ear piercing. My experienced was frustrating, I went here to do my right ear lobe pierce because I was attracted to their 20% off discount. So, a lady did my right ear lobe piercing and unfortunately it was not successful. So, she said I will just come back after 1 month and they will give 30% off to me. But, I have to pay $18 for service fee even though the staff lady was unsuccessful when she tried to pierced my right ear lobe. So frustrating that I have to pay for $18, the staff lady said sorry she can’t do anything because their manager told her that I still have to pay for the service fee though it’s unsuccessful. Paid $18 and told the staff that I was not happy with their service and will not come back to them. Please be fair to your clients.

Khushpreet provided exceptional service during my recent visit to kirved. I went in for waxing and was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and expertise. She took the time to consult with me beforehand and delivered the exact eyebrow shape I desired. The waxing process was completely painless, a testament to her skill and experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere was filled with positive energy. It was truly one of the best service.
