Working out at Kraken has truly changed my life. For the first time ever, I’ve been able to stick to a fitness and nutrition routine consistently and stay motivated. Since starting in July 2025, I’ve lost 25 pounds. I still have a long way to go, but I’m confident I’ll get there with Marina’s support. Marina is the best trainer I could have asked for. She strikes the perfect balance of being supportive and motivating without feeling like a drill sergeant. Her weekly nutrition check-ins are incredibly thorough and help keep me on track. She seamlessly adjusts workouts when injuries or aches come up without making us feel discouraged and has patiently helped me build strength in areas I’ve struggled with and I feel stronger every session. When she’s with her clients, she is completely locked in and hyper-focused on you, which truly makes the investment worth it. Because Kraken focuses on trainer-led sessions, the gym is never packed and doesn’t feel intimidating like traditional gyms. The sessions are quick, effective, and efficient and every minute is maximized. The gym is also very clean and well maintained. The entire team at Kraken is amazing! They are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. It truly feels like a fun, welcoming community.

An amazing experience working out with Kraken Fitness and Joe! Kraken has a professional, friendly and welcoming environment and comes across as very well managed. Joe creates a very friendly environment where you instantly feel comfortable. He motivates you in every session while pushing you to your max. He's very helpful and explains things really well when introducing you to something new. He's a great motivator and coach, he got me on the right track which was just what I needed to passed my military training. 🫡 Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a little over two months, and the experience has been amazing. The facility is fully equipped, clean, and well maintained. While it can get busy at times (around 10 people), most of the time there are only about three people during my one-hour workout, which makes for a relaxed and enjoyable gym experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to tailor workouts to your needs. Julian has been an excellent personal trainer, very knowledgeable and constantly adjusting our routines to keep things effective and engaging. I’ve gained noticeable strength in the last two months, and seeing the plates add up makes going to the gym even more exciting. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned gym-goer, Kraken is an amazing place to work out and enjoy a serene, chill environment that you don’t often find in regular gyms.

I’ve been going to Kraken Fitness for 5 months now after seeing how much improvement my mom made from training there. The environment is very welcoming and far more comfortable than your typical public gym. My trainer, Ross, is amazing. He's always there to correct my form whenever something is off. He’s a great support and makes sure I’m training efficiently and safely. Kraken Fitness is the perfect gym for me, and if you’re looking for a welcoming place with awesome trainers, you should definitely give Kraken a try!

To All the Amazing Coaches and Team at Kraken Fitness, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you for everything you’ve done over these past eight months. From the very first consultation with Brandon, your enthusiasm and positivity assured me that Kraken would be the place to get me back on track, and you were absolutely right. To Brennan, thank you for your daily greetings by name and that wonderful morning smile that always set the tone for a great workout. To Marina, Ross, and Joe, your warm welcomes and encouragement never went unnoticed and always made me feel part of something special. A huge thank you to my incredible coaches, Gabby and Gio, who guided me, motivated me, and believed in me every step of the way. You helped me reach my goal weight, regain my confidence, and navigate through a challenging stage of menopause with strength and grace. You taught me not just how to lift weights properly and eat right, but how to care for myself again. To everyone at Kraken Fitness, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have created an amazing community where people feel truly supported, inspired, and cared for. My Tuesday and Thursday mornings will never be the same without you, but I will carry everything I have learned with me and continue living the lifestyle you helped me build.
