I absolutely love Kozy nails! I’ve had about 19371 different nail techs over the past 10 years and tony from Kozy is my favourite tech I’ve ever been to. I ask for some pretty extravagant requests and he always does such an amazing job. The prices are so good too. I’d travel from Calgary if I had to just to go to Kozy. Everyone there is so kind and they also do an awesome job with pedicures. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you for making my nail dreams come to life! 💗

This was my nails after just one day of doing this nail design. I did nail extension set and shellac. First thing they don’t have enough staff and they keep taking appointment and walkins. And later they do everything quick. I come to their salon around 3:45pm and to do this they took 2+ hours (6:10pm) t even after taking this time, the quality of work is worst. Best part to know is my nails were done by their manager Kathy. lol i am worried if manager is like this what other staff would be doing 😂

I have been coming to Kozy Nails for over two years now, and I can honestly say I have never once left with anything but the absolute best service. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family—Kathy and her team make a point to remember their regular customers by name, and that personal touch is something so rare and special. The quality here is unmatched. In my opinion, their pedicures are better than the ones I’ve had at high-end downtown spas, and the care they put into every service shows. The foot, leg, and hand/arm massages are always such a thoughtful extra that keeps me coming back again and again. What makes Kozy Nails stand out even more is the way they go above and beyond for families. The "princess services" for young girls are such an incredible value, and it means so much to be able to treat my daughter without spending a fortune. On her birthdays, we’ve hosted parties here, and Kathy has gone out of her way every single time—bringing a gift, sparklers, and even leading everyone in singing to my daughter. Those are memories we’ll always treasure. The nail designs are absolutely stunning as well—I’ve seen the most creative and beautiful work done here, both online and at my own appointments. Yes, during peak times you may wait 10–15 minutes, but honestly, it’s a testament to how much they value their customers—they never want to turn away their regulars. And it’s always, always worth the wait. Kozy Nails is truly one of a kind. Between the exceptional quality, the warm hospitality, and the care they put into every detail, this is the only place I will ever recommend to friends, family, and anyone looking for the best nail salon in Airdrie (and beyond!).
