I have been returning to Koko to get my gel mani for the last 2-3 months now since moving to Brentwood and I have been getting it done by Lisa- shes amazing! My nails last me for 2 weeks, no chips, and they still look great. I highly recommend her :)

Booked a last minute appt for a pedicure today since I’m leaving on a trip. Usually they do a decent job it’s a convenient location but sometimes the work is just rushed. I was so annoyed by how my pedicure looked I just wanted to get out of there so I turned down the offer of the massage that comes with the service. At the end the service the lady asked me if it was okay and if the pedicure was fine. I didn’t want to waste anymore time with her trying to “fix” it so I said it was fine, paid and left. Paid extra for shellac but it already feels like it’s going to peel off and it looks crooked.

I had my nails done with Mimi. She’s absolutely great. She pays attention to detail and the outcome is stunning The other nail artists are nice too. I saw someone else next to me which was super happy with her nails (the nail artist was Queene I think)

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit yesterday. I booked a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and paid extra for French tips, spending $130 because I wanted my nails to last for my vacation. Unfortunately, they started chipping in less than 24 hours. I’ve been to this salon twice in the last two months and my nails always lasted at least two weeks, so this was really surprising. My appointment was from 5:30 to 6:00, and even though the ladies were very nice, the service felt extremely rushed with no relaxation at all. As a busy mom, I decided to treat myself before my trip, and I’m flying out today with nails that are already chipping. Really upsetting experience, especially considering the price. I hope the salon can improve their quality and take more time with clients. My nails are all chipping and I have to spend extra money to get them fixed or removed
