The sauna itself was very good — clean, relaxing atmosphere, and we genuinely enjoyed our visit. The facilities deserve a higher rating. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was very disappointing. I accidentally left my chain in a robe pocket and called just two hours after leaving (I was already 200 km away). I clearly explained that this chain is very important to me and was told they would check and contact me. Over the next few days, I followed up multiple times and even sent an email. It has now been three weeks, and I have received no response or update at all. What is most upsetting is not only the lost item, but the lack of communication and care, especially after I explained how important it was to me. I hope management improves how lost property cases are handled and communicates better with customers.

We recently visited Klar So Nordic Spa and had such a great experience. It was a little busy while we were there, but it still felt peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed after a full day of ice fishing. The thermal cycle was refreshing and the atmosphere made it easy to fully unwind. It is such a beautiful spot, especially in the winter and even more so in the evening. The setting, the lighting, and the quiet surroundings really make it feel like a true escape. I will definitely be back.

Really wonderful spot. Pools were clean and loved the fires going around us (smelled amazing). Only issues were no waitlist for restaurant and lounge and not much space to change/shower.

Wonderful ! After seeding time. We are so relaxed! Our favourite is the dry sauna. Friendly customer service. Beers are cold and food is delicious. A paradise close to Brandon 🤩. Gracias ! Update : OMG ! At night is even better ! This time we decide to stay. Highly recommended !!! The atmosphere, the food, the customer service. We are so lucky to have this place so close to Brandon ( I took some photos because nobody was around sorry 🤪)

I had the most incredible experience at Klar So Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I really appreciated the front desk staff explaining to me the layout, since this was my first visit, and how all the “stations” worked in order to get the best benefits of the various pool temperatures. What really sets this spa apart is the attention to detail and the genuine care the staff shows. They were often walking around making sure the guests were enjoying their time and checking things like hot tea and cold infused water (my favorite) were always stocked and available. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax, recharge, and feel truly pampered, I highly recommend Klar So Spa. I left feeling completely renewed and can’t wait to return! In comparison to other spas, such as Thermea in Winnipeg, I truly enjoyed this environment so much more.
