I have been going to Kiyo for over 6 years for my hair and Sarah never disappoints! It’s the highlight of my day when I get to see her. I love the atmosphere. They make the best lattes too! Everyone is super friendly and the space is gorgeous. Thank you!

My experience at Kiyo has never disappointed me. The service is great and the vibes are calming. I have a lot of anxiety arounds spas because of some past experiences but my experience here has allowed me to feel comfortable in a spa environment again. I recently have gotten my hair cut by Sophia. I didn't know what exactly I wanted but knew I wanted layers and a shorter cut because my long hair was getting heavy and giving me sensory issues. I showed some pictures of the direction that I wanted to go and she took my vision and made it a reality. She is so gentle and easy to talk to. She removed some of the build up on my hair as well which I didn't know was a thing but has made a huge difference. I highly recommend her as she is newer to the scene and brings a refreshing energy to her work. I also appreciated having someone who is interested in doing more alternatives styles, as I have a bit if a retro style that some stylists tend to not consider. I am extremely grateful for her work and will be seeing her anytime I need a haircut.

I wanted to take the time to write a review, even though I’ve been going to Kiyo for almost two years now. I moved from Quebec to Vancouver Island and had to find a new esthetician. I truly found a gem: Tabatha. She is professional, attentive, kind, and always smiling. From my very first appointment, I knew I was in good hands, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. Her approach, care, and ability to listen make all the difference. I’ll finish by saying that I highly recommend the salon and Tabatha to everyone.

Shoutout to Ravyn whom I received my first service at Kiyo (Signature Scalp and Haircut). She is honest, genuine, caring, engaging and talented. I felt so safe, that I was in good hands from the start till the end and she asked the right questions for me to make the right decision. She was patient and sweet with me. I am definitely coming back because of her! The front desk beautiful ladies gave me a warm welcome, offered a nice cup of herbal tea and took my coat off.😭 They were so lovely and definitely set a positive atmosphere. What an amazing team you have at Kiyo💯💫. Thank you so much❤ 1000% recommend it to everyone.
