We passed by this dentist office while at a doctor’s appointment on the same floor this afternoon. My daughter popped her head in to say hello. The lady at the front desk was very nice, offering both my kids tooth brushes and striking up a conversation. You can really tell when someone enjoys their job and it was refreshing to have this positive interaction. Obviously this dental office is hiring the right staff. 5/5.

I’ve had a great experience at Kiwi Dental in Oakville and would highly recommend them. Dr. Baghdadi is an excellent general dentist—very skilled with fillings and always takes the time to explain procedures clearly and offer helpful guidance. She is thorough, patient, and makes you feel confident about the care you’re receiving. A special call-out to the front office team: Karen, Maliya, Clarissa, and Monika. They are incredibly proactive, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their support with insurance billing is especially appreciated—those details can really pile up over time, and their efficiency makes the entire process stress-free. Overall, a professional, friendly, and well-run clinic. I’m very happy with the care and service at Kiwi Dental.

She was very thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my dental issues with honest and practical recommendations. I truly appreciated her genuine care and transparent approach. Everyone here from the first contact of front desk staff, coordinator, hygienist, assistant and dentist I encountered were awesome, sincere and very knowledgeable and professional. I had my first appointment at Kiwi Dental today, and I was genuinely impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of Dr. Nourian. They made my insurance claim process seamless and were completely transparent about what was and wasn’t covered under our group plan—something I never experienced at my previous dental office. The clinic is bright, clean, and welcoming, which made my visit very comfortable and put me at ease. They were also thorough with the examination and use a lot of modern equipment. Their advice was eye-opening, and I’m really happy with the service I received. I’m giving them a five-star rating for outstanding customer service. I’m so glad we found Kiwi Dental in our neighbourhood!
