Exceptional customer service. Staff is very polite and they actually listen and confirm your concerns. Very fair labour rate and they will even give you a shuttle ride if needed. Highly recommend.

Kirkpatrick's has my business. I dealt mostly with Sean at the front desk. He was patient, up front, took the time to keep me informed about everything with my vehicle, and patiently explained what everything meant to me. I am so appreciative of the time he took to make me feel safe with my vehicle repair choices. I later came to Kirkpatrick's with a personal safety issue and even though being told there wasn't time that day, Sean overheard my concern and took the time to check my vehicle. I was correct in my concern and Sean's help really validated that.

My diesel decided to call it quits on me while sitting in the Home Depot parking lot. I am from the States and didn't have anywhere to go and didn't know what to do. Kirkpatrick was the second shop I called and I knew they had my business right away. They were very kind and professional on the phone and SUPER welcoming. Once I had my truck towed to the shop, they did nothing but work to ensure I was taken care of. The couple days my truck was in the shop being repaired, they maintained open communication and were very transparent about their pricing. They even got the work done before they said they would! Great follow up, superior service.

I was going to Other place that says it does Total car care .. chain across from Shoppers they have2 locations..very disappointed there not honest..Went to Kirkpatrick ,wow what a difference, honestly so fair ,competitive pricing ,with very qualified techs and they actually care , want your business and they give SERVICE.. when your ride is done ,it's done right !! And to top it off they give you a car wash !!!! The other place is horrible little place wants to just upsell you ..come to Kirkpatrick for all your service needs you will not be dissatisfied.

Had a really positive experience bringing my truck in. I'd been having shifting issues with my F150. Needed a diagnostic to figure out what exactly was going on. After having my vehicle to multiple other shops in town and having no such luck getting an answer on what exactly was causing the issues, I was relieved Kirkpatrick was able to pin it down to a few potential problems. I'm very happy with the work that was done. The service team and front counter staff always kept me informed at every step along the way. I even received a phone call 1 week after, just checking in on how the truck was doing. I'd recommend Kirkpatrick to anyone needing work done on their vehicles. I know i won't be using any other shop from now on. I am very satisfied with the professionalism shown at this shop! Thanks again!
