Was a quick, gentle eyebrow threading to tha point and at an affordable price. Would look forward to seeing if a customer loyalty stamp card would be possible to endorse more business. Also I'm uncertain if there was some confusion when I asked for waxing but got threading instead, maybe a english fluent stylist would make this a 5star visit.

Used to come here every month to get my eyebrows done by Hardeep who was amazing, but she left the salon. I came in to get my eyebrows done and the lady had the audacity to let me leave like this. Luckily I was sitting there waiting for someone and I noticed how uneven they were. I asked her to fix it and she denied them being uneven and handed me a mirror to show her. Once she admitted it was uneven, she said if she tries to fix it there will be a gap, I had a beautiful shape before she ruined it. I will not be coming here again.

Came in for eyebrow threading and waxing for the first time, and I had a great experience. Natasha helped me with all the services, and she did an amazing job. I’m really impressed and appreciate her work. This is definitely my new go-to salon!

Manisha did my waxing — she’s really good and very professional. I have sensitive skin, but she handled everything gently and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend her

They really screwed up my hair, I can’t even wear it straight anymore. Please do not go here, I will not be going back and I will try to get a refund. This is ridiculous. If you don’t know how to properly cut hair, please do not open a salon. Update: I called them and requested a refund, they told me that they do not do refunds. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told that they are away on vacation. I asked for the name, phone number, and email of the owner but was told that they are not allowed to give out that information. I asked multiple times that I’d like a refund and they kept suggesting that I could come in and they would fix it. I refused because I don’t want them doing more damage. I got hung up on 3 different times while trying to get the information. I was annoyed but I was not being rude to them at all so I do not understand why they kept hanging up on me. I called the Newton location and they gave me an email that the owner does check. This customer service is unacceptable, especially when the Newton location has the same owner and is being much nicer and more helpful.
