Recommend this vet clinic to all neighbors in East Van and Burnaby! The assistants are very knowledgeable and always tell me what food I can get for my cat that’s good for his teeth. They will also send out reminder emails for next examination. Vets are good and patient too.

The staff are great and personable but did not like my experience with Dr. Radnic. I mentioned that my puppy was peeing 10x per day. He said we can do these test. When I asked how much these test are. He completely ignored me and arranged for the test. He was not friendly at all!! He said my puppy displayed anxiety and issued two pills to be taken the 30mins before the next vaccine shot. After I went to see another vet, other vet said my puppy is perfectly normal. Felt like this place was a money grab.

Doctor G is very good, my favourite vet for non-emergency. I prefer her over the other vet and would only book when she is available. dr G gets 5 stars. The other vet I would give 3.5 because even though he seems extremely knowledgeable and definitely has compassion for the animals, I did not connect with his style like I did with dr G.

Everyone is extremely helpful and very experienced. They’ve taken amazing care of my Zeus! He loves all of the amazing staff, and he’s always excited to go see everyone and of course, gets lots of amazing beef liver treats when he stands on the scale… 🥹👏

Dr Radnic and the techs here are all friendly professional, considerate of cost, and helpful in a very flexible and caring way. I have two senior animals and we are there once a month for arthritis shots. Every time I’m there, the interactions between the staff and customers is respectful, friendly, and considerate. My cat has stage three kidney disease and hyperthyroidism, is 17 years old and they are doing what’s needed to ensure her quality of life continues without adding extreme additional costs to me . I find their care, supportive and affordable. I highly recommend this office. The only downside is parking is hard to find. But if you come after 11 AM, there is parking on Kingsway.
