Used their hydro jet service on a kitchen sink line that had not been addressed for 25+ years and was completely blocked. Joey did a fantastic job! Took his time to make sure it was perfect before he left. Also made sure to clean up the area. Having a plumbing background from years ago, it was good to know that Joey knew what he was doing. Excellent company and great staff!

Dane came out the next day to look at my hot water tank leak. Gave me a 30 minute call before he was to arrive, very courteous and respectful. Dane gave me a few options and pricing for my repairs. He returned with a part, however it confirmed the damage was more than a simple fix unfortunately. He was able to get me up and running in a few hours. He cleaned up the work area, tested the hot water on all the taps. Thank you very much Kingstree for the excellent service.

Kingstree Plumbing came out quickly when I had an emergency with our cold water intake line and fixed the problem right away. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. The whole experience was much less stressful thanks to their quick and knowledgeable service. I really appreciate their great work and highly recommend them.

We had a lovely mess after our food disposer detached itself from under the sink, after a plastic soup ladle managed to find its way into its hole. King’s Tree Plumbing dispatched Dane Koop to install a Y clean out, a p-trap and an adapter for the discharge of the garburator. He was exceptionally professional, clean & tidy. And had a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend Dane and Tree Plumbing again.

I’m posting this review to continue the conversation my wife, Marlyn, started. Darren, you originally worked on this project on September 6, 2016. Like my wife mentioned, we should have posted this years ago. This bathroom was meant for family visits, so the shower was only used occasionally. Unfortunately, once our kids began using it regularly, we discovered water damage from leaks at the shower corners, which led to baseboard damage and floor cracks. At the time, I tried contacting Kingstree through the website and by phone but never received a response, which added to our frustration. That said, after my wife’s review, Darren and I connected directly. He immediately apologized for the inconvenience and made the effort to come out, inspect the issues, and start addressing them. He was professional, respectful, and very clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for him and Kingstree Plumbing. Despite the years that had passed, he stood behind his work and took responsibility for making things right. We truly appreciate that level of accountability and effort. While our experience has had ups and downs, I am impressed with Darren’s professionalism and his commitment to ensuring the quality of his work.
