Chung is awesome! He comes and checks on our heater that seems to have a bipolar problem and has recently replaced the whole unit. His crew is ultra respectful while in our home, they're calm and cool about everything and make sure everything is running as it should be. The times we've needed him even though he's been exceedingly busy he's made time to come and make sure our furnace is in working Order. This winter during an extreme cold spell our furnace decided to crap out, another company came to take a look at it and ensured us it was fixed and when he left the furnace wasn't working it was still freezing in our house and not firing. But during a particularly busy time for him, Chung made time to make sure we weren't stuck in the cold. He was able to fix the furnace for the time being and He even left us heaters just for the small amount of wait time. And then he left them in our house just in case anything went wrong during the time he fixed it and the time he replaced it. Him and his business deserve recognition. Excellent, excellent customer service.

Yesterday we had a new furnace installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the entire process. The owner, Chung, truly goes above and beyond. He doesn’t treat you like just another customer he makes you feel like family. That personal touch and genuine care really set this company apart. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values building long-term relationships with his clients. The staff was friendly, respectful, and very organized. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and left the area clean once the job was completed. The installation was smooth, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Furnace gas Valve went, Chung was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. Had it back up and running the next day! He even left us with heaters overnight! Fast, professional, and personable.

This man is an absolute legend. He was very transparent on when he could come diagnose the problem, what he would charge, and actually took the time to listen to you and understand your problem. Last month my furnace stopped working and have had multiple technicians from large companies come to my house and take a look at my furnace. First issue that was diagnosed was that the gas valve was non functional. Was quoted for $1400 and happily paid it since it was a once a year maintenance thing on a 10+ year old furnace. 3 days later, furnace stopped working again and called the same big company to send over another tech. This time was the control board, quoted for $1900. Said no thank you and tried to DIY it myself. The tech that came encouraged me, told me exactly what to do, and suggested what control board to buy. Board came and didn't work, called the company again, charged me $150 diagnostic fee to tell me that the board that they suggested is in fact the wrong board. Anyways there is much more to tell and I never called these guys again but basically these big HVAC companies don't care about you and their knowledge of this trade is questionable. Back to King's Plumbing. We were so fed up with these absolute dog water big company plumbers with their fancy equipment and vans, so we tried messaging Kings plumbing with no expectations. He replied almost instantaneously at 8pm and we explained the problem, he took the time to understand the problem and was very communicative. Chung came the next night at 10pm and was pre-prepared to come fix our problem, he was very knowledgable and helped us learn a thing or two about taking care of our furnace. That was not all, he wanted to replace one of the parts in our furnace but was honest and not absolutely certain it would fix the problem, but assured us if the newly installed part did not fix the problem we wouldn't be charged and he would just take the loss. Luckily, the gamble on himself paid off and the installed part fixed the problem. We were charged a reasonable price on the part + labor and he even took a look at my fireplace free of charge. He is an absolute unit to say the least. Chung honestly sets the standards of what a great Plumbing/HVAC guy should be. He does everything himself, takes the calls, understands your problems, schedules the appointments, purchases the parts, and more. He takes pride in what he does and actually cares about providing a good service unlike these "local family owned small business" companies who only care about doing the job as fast as possible and taking as much money as they can from you. Choose these guys if you want someone who actually cares and does quality work on your furnace. Don't just support local, support the local small guys.

Excellent service! Excellence Technicians Chung and his partners, went out their way to get the best results fast, efficient m, very trustworthy and reliable. Really -truly , I mean it, this is the best value for plumbing and heating in all Calgary! I highly recommend .these guys!
