I am a former mechanic that absolutely HATES taking my car to a shop. The folks at Kings Cross are top notch! Nathan is a great service writer. He overcommunicates in the best way. Most shops don’t want to touch a 98 Porsche. Kings Cross jumped at the opportunity to diagnose the trouble codes. Even though they’re not a Porsche shop! They spent hours in research on a brand they don’t specialize in! Turns out that all the problems we’re caused by an old battery (embarrassing). So they didn’t charge me a DIME! They refused any payment! That’s next level honesty! They could have taken me to the cleaners. And, they gave me the most comprehensive vehicle inspection I’ve ever had. Better than the dealerships. Full documentation, photos, and a bit of humor thrown in. Note, I never said I was a good mechanic. Please note that they do have long lead times for appointments. But, now I see why. Book early if you can. 5 star service. They've got a customer for life. BTW, I was going to leave a 1 star because those are the reviews most people read. But, I couldn't bring myself to do that.

I have a 2016 mini cooper that needed a couple of things done. Most shops were giving me a month out date or charged absurd amount of money. With Kings cross I was able to make a same week appointment and get answers. They helped me make list prioritized most important. can say they’re by far the most flexible and kind people I’ve worked with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Kings Cross is my number one service center. They take care of my Rolls Royce Silver Spur. From minor to very extensive needs , they have been meticulous, attentive to detail, professional and very personal towards us. They are experts with unique and complex cars like mine. The cost is adequate and always fair. Mike is the owner and a very pleasant and professional man, he personally made sure my Rolls is in perfect condition, they even have a 12 month warranty with very high mileage. Once he even rescued us when my Rolls didn’t want to start , that was after his shop already closed! Wow! My father in law takes his Jaguar there , same positive experience. Tomorrow my Rolls Royce is going for a little maintenance and a small repair and I am excited to know she will be perfect in a couple of days because of the expertise of Kings Cross!

Absolutely the best Land Rover service & repair facility ever. I've been taking my LR4 there since 2021 and have never been disappointed. Professionalism. Competence. Attention to detail. Respect. Excellent communication. Customer-centered. Michael (the owner) runs a top notch family business. His team is highly skilled & well-trained. You won't get this level of automotive service anywhere else in the greater Vancouver WA area IMHO. And although they specialize in British vehicles, recently, I started taking my wife's Mercedes Benz in for service as well. They do a great job. They're fair in pricing, scrupulously ethical, and always deliver the best service experience. Highly recommend.

I usually take my Land Rover to West Coast Overland. They are very good BUT very expensive. King's Cross was amazing. I got an estimate from both places and it saved me hundreds to go with King's. They were very nice and respectful. My vehicle came back in the same condition physically but mechanically much better. It felt so good to go pick up my baby and know he's all fixed up for now. You can trust these guys and trust that your complicated vehicle is in good, dependable and knowledgeable hands. Good communication as well. A slight miscommunication but nothing was done without my knowledge with a thorough explanation. Very happy and will definitely choose this as my new Rover shop. Thank you guys!!
