Best place to go for physiotherapy and massage. I had a session with Chandni and Shanu they both are great. Do manual work an gives lots of education too in regards to injury. I had massage with their therapist and that was good too. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with Chandni, incredibly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist. From the very first session, she took the time to understand my condition thoroughly and created a personalized treatment plan that really made a difference. Her hands-on techniques, clear explanations, and genuine care helped me recover faster than I expected. She is not only knowledgeable but also make you feel comfortable and motivated throughout the process. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Not a good place if you need Physiotherapist. There are only 2 of them and they are over booked. If you have an ICBC claim think twice before using this place. They will make you wait for treatment and if you question anything response is : well it's free! We pay car insurance for a reason ...it's not free. Also there's only 1 good Physio her name is Shamu, but after my initial appointment I was told she's away for a Month. This business is not the same since its changed Owners

Stephanie is an excellent massage therapist. Very personable and makes sure you are comfortable during your sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone experiencing pain. She is very knowledgeable regarding which techniques help with your specific pain issues. I look forward to my sessions.
