I cannot say enough good things about my physiotherapist and this business. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to, cared for, and genuinely supported. Steven took the time to truly understand what I was dealing with and never made me feel rushed or dismissed — something that makes all the difference when you’re in pain and trying to heal. His knowledge, professionalism, and compassion are amazing. Every session feels purposeful, and I always leave with a clearer understanding of my body and what I can do to keep improving. Even on my hardest days, he has helped me stay hopeful and moving forward. The clinic itself is welcoming, clean, and organized, and the staff are always kind and accommodating. It’s clear this company truly cares about their patients, not just appointments. If you’re looking for a physiotherapy clinic that actually makes a difference, this is it. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me — they’ve been a huge part of my recovery and my quality of life.

The therapist showed up 20 minutes late. I could hear him sitting in the area next to me just talking to a lonely old lady not caring how late he was with me. When he finally showed up for my session the table was filthy and you could visibly see someone else's sweat on the table and he didnt even disinfect it just wiped it with a towel. He spent the whole time talking. There was no physical therapy. He used a machine on me then that was it. Very disappointed. He left the session early. What a waste of time and money. Where is my full hour of physical therapy?? The pillow on the table is constantly thrown on the floor and filthy as well. When I asked for a different therapist they refused. Do not recommend at all.

Caitlin at kinesis has, by far, been the most thorough and knowledgeable physiotherapist I've been to, and I've seen a lot over a few provinces. I do competitive weightlifting and I find all too often places will give you treatments without really addressing the root cause. Caitlin had a thorough screening process and in a few treatments I'm further to a pain free life than I've been in years.

Without a doubt the best physio in Grande Prairie! Caitlyn is very knowledgeable and beyond understanding! Fantastic with athletes!
