We've been bringing our senior dog to this clinic for over 13 and half years, since he was a puppy. He had this neutering and all his vaccines done here, and the care has always been excellent. Even though we live in Surrey, we continue to make the drive because we trust them completely. Dr. David O'keefe is very compassionate and truly cares about his patients. The staff are kind, professional, and the prices are very reasonable. We are very grateful for the care they've given our dog throughout his life. Highly recommended!

Feb 12 2026- Waited 10 mins watching the lady at the front counter upcharge this poor cat owner so much so that I had to step in and say something to advocate for her. The lady asked to please not share her kennel with other cats and animals like they did last time. Her poor cat was stressed out because another cat was in her home. It doesnt seem like this place understands basic animal care. How this lady could leave her pet there is boyond me, she was not happy about the 750 in upcharges the lady at the front desk tried to hustle out of her. It came time for me to grab my bag of dog food from a place I would never return to and be off! Nope, this fine young lady refused to sell it to me unless I gave her my name, email, phone number, work number, address, postal code, and on an on. I begged to please expedite the process and to figure out a work around and in the end she refused to sell me "prescription" 😂 dog food. I have never seen a business refuse to sell something before. Its just plain rediculous. I gave 3 Stars because I am fair and I am sure the poor owner of this place had no idea what was going on. Hopefully the customer service gets better at this place but from my assessment, red flags were popping off the minute I walked in. Its a reputable valued community vet clinic that has been serving Vancouver for 2 decades. Great news. I think I will add another star just for that. Peace of mind for pet owners: Founded in 1998 by Dr. Parminder Mangat (DVM, designated veterinarian per BC's College of Veterinarians), it remains locally owned and operated by him as of February 2026, focusing on multispecialty care for dogs, cats, and small exotics like ferrets and guinea pigs.

My cat was going in and out of the litter box non stop and wasn’t peeing for about 2days so I took him to Killarney animal hospital. I had to leave my cat at the vet so they can take a urine sample. they found crystal in his pee and called me to ask if I’m ok with him doing an xray to check his bladder. Dr explained to me well and prescribed 14days medication and urine diet plan. It worked very well and my cat had stopped going in and out of the litter box in about 2days after medication. This place charge a very reasonable price. They dont even charge consultation fee if you’re taking your pets for vaccination. Very good dr

Went to get our large breed dog's infected hot spot treated, they were really great start to finish. Vet did the exam, told us what he suspected and said he'll try to do the cut and clean without sedation first but will call if sedation is necessary. They were done in about 15 minutes-no sedation was required and we were sent home with ointment and antibiotics. The bill was very reasonable and we even got a call following up on how he's doing one week later which adds more of a personal touch!
