We had to cancel our appointment due to a legitimate family emergency. Following that, both my husband and I received repeated calls from staff demanding payment, which felt unnecessary and completely lacking in understanding or compassion. I reached out via email to express my disappointment with how the situation was handled, but never received a response. This experience was enough for me to not recommend this business, as they do not appear to genuinely care about families or their circumstances.

We had an appointment with Jo, for my 9 year old daughter. All I can say is Jo is absolutely AMAZING, patient, fun, knowledgeable, kind and brilliant with kids. I love the brain-body connection she made with my daughter's plantar fasciitis, it makes so much sense, and the exercises she gave us to work on are fun and more of a game than an exercise, which makes it more likely for my daughter (and me) to stick with them. The Kids Physio offices are welcoming, the front desk staff are so friendly, just an all round amazing place for kids (and parents:)).

Our first experience at Kids Physio was amazing with Marie-Li; she was patient, kind, thorough in her assessment, and built great rapport with my kid from the get-go. My kid wants to return to play at Kids Physio because his experience was so positive. Thank you Marie-Li!

Cassidy was phenomenal with my daughter and helped her feel comfortable during her initial assessment appointment. She thoroughly evaluated her ankles and put together a treatment plan. We left feeling relieved, knowing she got the support she needed and is on the road to healing. 10/10 recommend.

I had my daughter's first appointment with Casey yesterday, following her recent leg cast removal. She was absolutely thrilled with her session and is extremely motivated to do her exercises. After just one session, she's already able to take a few steps without assistance. And for the French-speaking residents of the North Shore, it's worth mentioning that Casey speaks French! Casey has been a wonderful and effective therapist, and we're looking forward to the progress my daughter will continue to make under her guidance. We highly recommend her services to anyone in need of physical therapy.
