The sweetest people work at this location🥹🩷 They were so nice and kind they brought donuts for every customer who was in while I was there and even gave a handful of candy to each person. Seriously the most generous nail technicians. Not to mention how talented they are, they do a great job and you will walk away feeling good and looking even better. 10/10 service.

Avoid! I popped in on a Friday morning and the almost empty salon should have been the first sign that things are not good here. Several of the employees were casually hanging out in the pedicure chairs loudly eating snacks and watching videos. At one point they started to count a large stack of cash. The place looks like it has not been cleaned since it opened. Most of the tools were dirty and I saw no sanitation practices. I also saw several mice running around the back and coming out of a hole in the back sink during my visit. I could excuse most of this, but the manicure wasn’t that good. Almost no massage, no cuticle oil and they reused the same dish of dirty water over and over to clean my nails. I’m shocked this place is still in business.

Oh a whim, and because it’s my birthday, I decided to drop in to see if they had availability for a gel manicure. Not only did they fit me in, but they were the absolute sweetest people. I received superb service and I love the result. They were so sweet and gave me chocolate for my birthday 🫶. They said if you do go for your birthday to give them 2 days notice so they can plan a nice treat for you :). Honestly so kind. Update: I waited to update so I wasn’t writing in frustration. I have since stopped going here due to the inconsistent service. In my opinion this salon is trying to take on too many appointments in a day and are rushing through appointments. The last fill I received ended up being uneven, off centre with very rough edges. When I went in I had tried to go back to the woman who previously did my nails, which were very well done, but she wasn’t working; I tried to say I’ll come back, but was told that they’d take care of me now and lead by hand to a chair. I am too polite so I let her do my nails. I wish I hadn’t stayed because I was so disappointed with the result, but I was rushed out and so I paid and left. I’m not confrontational, so I did not complain at the time. There are a few techs here that really do care about the quality of their finished work. It’s worth the visit if you get to sit with them.

We had a great experience with the sweetest owner and nail technicians at KH Silver Nails today! We had mani pedis done at great prices in massage chairs. We are so excited that they have reopened (just one week ago since the devastating fire they experienced two years ago). Our nails turned out great, the hot towels were wonderful, and they even gifted us noodles at the end of our service! Will definitely return. 💅🏼
