UPDATED: Cody got us out of a literal bind! our back door wouldn’t open and after calling the office in a panic they assured me that they could have someone out that day! They scheduled me for 3pm with the reassurance that if they had anytime earlier they would call and sure enough the work was done by 12pm. Cody was kind and speedy but took the time to explain the issue! the best in the business!!! thanks folks Colin and Jesse were awesome to work with! they were super kind and efficient they also taught me some super helpful info about my specific lock brand!

as featured in "the local review" in The Cochrane Post:: Clever name for a locksmith in the West but yet a million miles always from the most famous Key West in Florida. I called them because the dead bolt on my back door seized. They came over right away and brought replacement fixtures in case they were unable to repair the existing door lock/handle/dead bold. First impression: nice staff on the phone at the office, friendly locksmith, son of the founder who started the business nearly 30 years ago, quality replacement fixtures. The locksmith made quick work of replacing my dead bolt with one of their standard options, mine being too old and broken to repair. I appreciated that he tried to fix it first and brought replacement fixtures just in case, making it easy and convenient for me. A few day later when the handle fell off in my hand and I had to use pliers to open the door, they sent the same technician over on a Saturday to make it right. Good service, quality replacement and fair price.
