I have been going to see Dr. Jin for over 20 years now since he started. I would never go anywhere else.

Great dentist clinic which is well organized in terms of team (doctors & back office/support/planning) as well as cleanliness in the rooms, including toilets.
My deep respect to Dr. Rok Jeong, to his professional experience, his safe hands and always good mood towards customers. 🙏

I had a great visit today. Claudia was very gentle and efficient. Constantly reassuring and making sure I am ok. All the chairs and equipment are clean and looks very modern.

I remove my upper dentures to brush my lower teeth, gums , and mouth. I stopped doing that because I would start gagging to the point my stomach cramped so bad I'd cry. I avoided my own mouth care.
Anyway, I am truthful with my professionals.... the lovely you hygienist at Kensington Dental said " What about a smaller brush?"I've been using this since last week , AND I haven't been gagging. I am so happy to be able to brush my teeth 4 - 6 times a day again!

I debated for a long time whether to write this review. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lam since this clinic first opened, and I want to emphasize that Dr. Lam is truly fantastic.
Unfortunately, I am writing today because of a disappointing experience with the clinic manager, Lisa. During my interactions with her, she showed little interest in listening to my concerns and spoke with a dismissive attitude.
On November 8, I visited the clinic for an emergency after a filling broke while I was flossing the night before. That filling had been done in January of this year. A dentist (not Dr. Lam) reviewed the images and told me that my bite was too heavy, which caused the filling to fail repeatedly. They suggested a crown as the long-term solution but said no immediate treatment was necessary. Shortly afterward, a coordinator presented me with the estimated cost of a crown.
What surprised me most was that no one expressed any apology for the repeated filling failures—one in 2023 and another in January this year. Instead, the blame was placed entirely on my bite. On top of that, I was fully charged for the emergency visit and shown additional costs for the crown. While my insurance typically covers half the cost of a crown, the clinic’s charges exceeded what my insurance would cover.
I asked if they could consider a discount given the repeated treatment failures. The coordinator and receptionist told me they couldn’t make that decision and that the manager would call me after the holiday. However, it was the coordinator who called me back, saying the manager was busy. That did not make sense to me.
When I returned for a cleaning yesterday, I again requested to speak with the manager. I was told she wasn’t available but would call me today. I finally spoke with Lisa, but she was dismissive and insisted the issue was solely due to my bite, regardless of how quickly the fillings failed. She repeatedly used phrases like “of course” in a condescending way. At that point, I told her we should end the conversation because her attitude made it impossible to resolve my concerns. A very disappointing experience. Hope they could hire a more professional manager...
