Excellent service and very honest staff. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed my car at a fair price. The work was done on time and the communication was clear throughout. Highly recommend this shop.

Prior to purchasing a vehicle I took it here to get a thorough inspection to ensure there are no issues with the car. They apparently did a detailed inspection, billed me and told me I’m good to go. Shortly after, I started to hear sounds in the back of the car. I took it to get looked at, and apparently the car has easily noticeable damage to the suspension. They put it up on a hoist and within seconds were able to see the problem. The cost of this repair is $4,000. Meanwhile, the entire car is only $15,000. They told me that the so-called inspection company should never have missed this. “They probably never put it on a hoist in the first place”. DO NOT trust this company for vehicle inspections. I’m strongly considering a lawsuit.

I had a really great experience at Ken’s Auto Service recently when I had booked an out-of-province inspection for my truck. They were super accommodating and fit me in right away to suit my work schedule. It’s nice to know they are open on weekends as well. It was convenient that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp, to send pictures of my headlights that I had questions on before the appointment. Pooja was really pleasant to deal with, and I was glad to wait in the reception area. The inspection was done in about an hour, it was quick and seamless. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend their service!
