We are visiting from out of town while I receive radiation treatment. Shawn went above and beyond to suggest options for hydratherapy while we're in Kelowna. I have difficulty dressing and undressing myself, so the family change rooms were an unexpected joy, so my partner can help me. Fabulous facilities.

Best fitness value around. I particularly like the aquafit classes but they have many great classes and staff. It is really an asset to the community and goes far beyond what the for profit places offer.

I decided to drive a bit further to this Y so I could join this Y and use the sauna. When I got there the front desk only had one person so I was suggested to walk around on my own. The sauna felt very cool so I wanted to speak to a facility person about this so I made an appointment a few days later with a pool personal trainer to tour the facility and check me out as a new member. I called the y before noon the day of the appt to tell trainer that I needed to cancel and wanted a call back about the sauna. At 2 I got a call from the trainer who never got the message!!! I called the Y Rutland again and asked them to call me about the sauna (I wondered if I could turn the heat up and then down when I look leave) and NEVER got a call back. Poor public service!!

Just wanted to leave a review for the extremely friendly and hospitable staff. The lady who check me in was very nice and pleasant for so early in the morning. Really brightened my day. The gyms fairly clean, respectful etiquette from the people attending and pretty decent equipment.
