I took my duvet in on Wednesday and was told it would be ready the next Tuesday. Two days later I received a text saying it was ready to be picked up! I went in to pick up the duvet on my way to work and in my rush to pay and get back on the road to work, I forgot my cell on the counter. Laura was so lovely and helpful when I called her from the office. She made sure I got my phone back after hours! So great on all counts! Got my duvet back way sooner than expected, and got my phone back and Laura is super kind and helpful!!!! Definitely going back! But I’ll leave my phone in my car!

Had an old sleeping bag cleaned and I’m impressed that it came out so fresh feeling! It was accurately estimated for quote and time it would be ready, so no complaints from me!

Been going to Kelly for over 2 years now regularly with my husband's pilot uniform. She is so lovely and friendly, and the pants are perfect and always done in a timely manner.

I usually get phenomenal service here but whoever was working today was super rude and unhelpful. We walked away with our dry cleaning to get done elsewhere who maybe wants the business.

Took a wool jacket in to be dry cleaned. The lady at the counter was very friendly and the service seemed quick. Unfortunately my jacket did not come out very clean. The inside of the sleeves are still dirty, and basic stains not removed. There were also several dog hairs still weaved within the fabric that I had to remove.
