I cannot say enough about a true craftsman - Hank. I'll call him "the boiler whisperer" as he did what 2 other companies did not - he actually had the skill, experience and professionalism to accurately diagnose the problem with my boiler failure - and - wait for it - REPAIR it! Both other companies a) misdiagnosed the issue as a clogged heat exchanger that could not be cleaned and b) pushed a new $12-16,000 system as the ONLY answer. Hank came over, took the time to cycle the system, read the gauges, attach measurement tools, listen to the pumps and rumbling water, ultimately isolating the problem to a faulty relay board. The board was replaced at a fraction of the cost of the replacement systems being pushed by the other two brand-name plumbing companies. Honesty, integrity, pride of workmanship - Hank embodies what a "professional plumber" should be. I truly hope the leadership of KC recognize his immense value in mentoring younger team members to the same level of skill & professionalism. KC Plumbing will be my first and only call going forward!

We had a leak in our main kitchen sink, went into the floor and under the sink, a plumbing tech came from KC plumbing right away within two hours and was fixed within an hour, very impressive work, quick, found the problem and had a solution to fix it. Was tidy, clean and effective. We used KC before for bathrooms, showers , toilet issues and they always fix the issue at hand , prompt and very professional. They are consistent and and professional. I rent. My suite is one of about 4 without heat since Thanksgiving. That is 4 months now. These clowns have been hired to fix the problem. They have been installing new boilers during the coldest part of winter we have had so far. So no one has heat. Daily promises of the heat being turned on again are not met. Remember I have been complaining since Thanksgiving and this idea for a solution had to come along now. The funniest excuse my building manager gave me before Christmas was that the parts had been ordered but they were stuck in the mail. Really???? Do not hire these incompetents. All I want is to be warm and this company is not capable of that feat.

I needed the garburator removed, as well as replace the leaky kitchen faucet. Pedi from KC Plumbing was punctual, professional and kind. He treated my home with great care and tested the drainage several times before he considered the job done. I fully trust KC Plumbing and will be recommending them to family and friends.
